EVENT DESIGN + COORDINATION

From A to Z Studio provides event design consultation and day-of event coordination. Three packages are available based upon the need for creative design, event management, or both. We serve all of Colorado, including Denver, Boulder, Vail, Breckenridge, and Aspen, and often work with out-of-state clients planning events along the front range. All packages are accompanied by a 10% discount on From A to Z Studio designed invitations and paper goods.

A PACKAGE:

CREATIVE EVENT DESIGN CONSULTATION, including inspiration board development to establish theme and colors, florals and tablescape guide for quoting purposes, and vendor referrals.

PACKAGE:

DAY-OF EVENT COORDINATION, including comprehensive itinerary creation and vendor management beginning 4 weeks prior to the event, day-of inventory organization and delivery, rehearsal coordination, emergency kit, and 12 hours of on-site setup, coordination, and strike. Events with greater than 100 guests will also include an assistant coordinator.

A TO Z PACKAGE:

CREATIVE EVENT DESIGN AND DAY-OF EVENT COORDINATION, including all services noted for above listed packages, as well as additional availability to attend vendor and site-review meetings as necessary, and unlimited communication between the time of booking and the event.
